Much like sweet potato, pumpkin is an ingredient that is often over-looked by many cold-pressed juice fans. Although it may not be your first instinct, pumpkin is a nutritious and flavorful ingredient to add to your fall juice recipes.

The addition of ginger, nutmeg and cinnamon make this juice the perfect combination of sweetness and spice. Serve this juice at your halloween party for a spooky treat! You can always omit the ginger from this recipe and mix in a little maple syrup for a sweeter flavor.
